Description Marco Parillo 2022-01-16 19:51:31 UTC
SUMMARY
When hovering over links in various web browsers, my Oxygen Yellow Pointer seems to have difficulty changing to a finger.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch Cursor theme to Oxygen Yellow
2. Reboot
3. Load Web Page
4. Hover over link

OBSERVED RESULT
Depending on the browser:
 - Chromium: The pointer never changes
 - Falkon: If I wiggle the pointer over a link, it eventually changes to a finger
 - Konqueror: It seems to change to a finger most readily.

EXPECTED RESULT
The pointer should promptly change to a finger when I hover over a link.

I should add that returning to x11 resolves this.
