krita-nightly-x64-5.1.0-prealpha-61295bd1df
It has been also happening in the nightly builds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a document and paint with many group layers + vector layers + filter layers (include locked layers)
2. save and try to move the canvas view with spacebar immediately after
3. stutter 2~4 seconds

I'm sorry, but there's not much we can do here. In general, unless really glaringly obvious, performance issues are rarely bugs we can actually fix. Saving happens in the background, but still takes system resources, and saving a heavy document takes more resources.
