Observed behavior

SUMMARY
Sometimes after startup dock is not resized properly until I manually change position on screen. Changing alignment doesn't help.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Don't know exactly, because it is happen spontaneously
1. set "Layan" plasma theme (bug preserves on the "Edna" theme too)
2. set "Edna" layout (download from here https://www.pling.com/p/1417204/)
3. relogin or restart pc a couple of times

OBSERVED RESULT
see attachment

Dock is resized as normal: all widgets are feet within it

It seems that disabling "restore session on startup" somehow solved the issue
