SUMMARY
When I hover over a window, the window size increases but the clickable area does not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Present Windows effect
2. Hover over a window
3. Move mouse towards the edge of the enlarged window

OBSERVED RESULT
Window becomes smaller before reaching the edge

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to hover up to the edge of the window before it gets smaller

Bug is fixed (pull request is already out), but the presentwindows effect will be rewritten in QML for the next release anyway.

This has been fixed with the rewrite in Plasma 5.25, done by Marco Martin with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/376ee357dbc50fec3b6e71c40938171ddb2e726a!
