SUMMARY

Investment account has share counts with 3 decimal places.
CSV Export of the account truncates the share counts to 2 decimal places.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  In an Investment account, create a transaction that has a share count using 3 decimal places.
2.  Export the account data in CSV format.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
All share counts are truncated to 2 decimal places.

EXPECTED RESULT
Share counts should have the full 3 decimal places.
