Does it affect all windows, or only Firefox? I think I was able to reproduce this with Thunderbird a month or two ago, but it's fixed for me now.

Got it. Can you try with the Plasma 5.24 beta that was released today? I think Arch has a repo you can use for that.

5.23.90 is the beta, so you can try that.
