STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize a window
2. Try to scroll/click => will not work
3. If you move cursor in the panel, now the window is clickable/scrollable

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows not clickable/scrollable if I maximize it

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not be required to move the cursor to the panel to "unlock" the window lol

Weird. X11 or Wayland? Cannot reproduce on Wayland with current git master.

Does it affect all windows, or only Firefox?

I think I was able to reproduce this with Thunderbird a month or two ago, but it's fixed for me now.

as you can see in the video, it happens with all the windows

Got it. Can you try with the Plasma 5.24 beta that was released today? I think Arch has a repo you can use for that.

there is still not a 5.24 beta package in unstable repo. 5.23.90-1 is the last version. I guess I have to wait

5.23.90 is the beta, so you can try that.
