SUMMARY
Snaps are not remembered and not opened anymore after a restart when the "remember session" option is active.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set option "remember session" to active
2. open up some snaps and some non-snaps applications
3. Restart the computer and see that all of the opened snaps are not remembered and the non-snaps are remembered

OBSERVED RESULT
Snaps are not remembered after restart.

EXPECTED RESULT
Snaps are remembered after restart.

It's up to apps to support this. Evidently these Snap apps don't, either because the apps themselves don't, or because of some deficiency in the Snap infrastructure itself that is breaking the apps' support for it. Either way, there isn't anything we can do in KDE land to fix this, sorry.
