even after saving it at specific name - i can't load any as default one

but when i click clack - view - load layout -- ok

You have to use “Manage Layouts” to sort the layout as you need. The first 5 layouts are shown on top left corner.
Or do you have another issue?

what info, bug is still here, as well as bug in full-screen mode (when you add in-out section to timeline from it)
