SUMMARY
There's a visible flicker when hovering over launchers.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over launchers

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a visible flicker. (Look at the Spotify icon in screenrecord.)

EXPECTED RESULT
No flicker.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: EndeavourOS KDE (5.15.13 kernel)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
