SUMMARY

With the newest self build version from digikam (c44258326a5270ad2b68ba14830ba3350038b6d6) and with asan enabled the application Digikam crashes always during the terminating process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Digikam and wait unit picture scan is started
2. Close Digikam
3. Error occurs

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
No crash

In the backtrace I can't see any evidence that it comes from Digikam itself. Do you see something?

It crash in MArble widget, not digiKam. 
Marble is a software component used to display map for geolocation.

digiKam 8.0.0 is out. Problem still reproducible ?

Hi Gil

I could not reproduce it, but I now have a different operating system and another computer. I think you can close it for now.
