Motion effect list

The effect speed can't be find in in the effect motion list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the effects window
2. open the Motion effect list (Will be find the effects Fade in, Fade out, Freeze, Glitch0r , Nervous and Vertigo)

EXPECTED RESULT
Find in the Motion list effects the effect Speed

The speed effect has been removed ever since 19.04 and replaced by the "Change Speed" action. To use it you must right click on a clip in the timeline and select it.
