STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in wayland based WM (sway, weston, wayfire... but kwin not tested)
2. Start kcharselect with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland

OBSERVED RESULT
Kcharselect stretches 15000+ pixels wide

ArchLinux

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xkb kcharselect works fine
