SUMMARY

When I run sudo pkcon refresh && sudo pkcon update I get lots of errors saying Network is unreachable but the network works fine for everything else

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole or Discover
2. In Konsole, run sudo pkcon refresh && sudo pkcon update or in Discover I press the check for updates button

OBSERVED RESULT
I get a lot of errors like these:

EXPECTED RESULT
Should update normally without error.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I use CloudFlare Warp as a proxy / VPN for updating. I also think this might be an ISP or router issue as in other places I get the error sometimes or I don't but at home I get the errors every time.
