STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add image sequence
2. Folder, image type jpg, 5 seconds, animation = pan
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT Not import images and "Cannot open file qimage:E:/Camera Roll/AÑO 2020/MAY-20/.all.jpg"

Thank you for reporting. This is a regression. 

Workaround: Change the character Ñ to N in the path: "AÑO 2020".

Wasn't able to reproduce this on Kdenlive 21.12.3 AppImage on Ubuntu... may be a Windows-only bug.
