Hi, if you want help, please go to krita-artists.org, which is a user-friendly forum with user support and you can get help there.
The website here (bugs.kde.org) is more of a development-focused website so it's not really for giving support.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply and info. I've been really enjoying the program and am
hoping you keep up the great work you guys do. After being involved in CAD
for my line of previous work for years, I find your program refreshing and
addicting. I've also let a few relatives know of Krita.
