SUMMARY Gwenview crashes when attempting to start cropping an image. This happens in all ways I'm aware of to crop an image in Gwenview: Shift+C, the Editing Tools side panel, and the Crop option from the "Edit" menu. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open an image with Gwenview 2. Attempt to crop OBSERVED RESULT Gwenview crashes when trying to crop an image. EXPECTED RESULT Gwenview begins cropping like in previous versions. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.15.12-arch1-1 (64bit) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5 (Wayland) KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: 5.89.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Unsure if this affects X11, I have only tested on Wayland.
This still occurs in Plasma 5.23.90.
This appears to be fixed in Plasma 5.24.5 and 5.24.90
This is fixed in the Plasma 5.26 Beta.
