SUMMARY
***
System Settings > Appearance> Window Decorations > Titlebar Buttons.
When trying to change the settings here and add or change the order of the titlebar buttons, your pending selections do not properly appear. Only the most recent selection appears on the sample titlebar, making it such that you can't see what you've got unless / until you hit apply.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings > Appearance> Window Decorations > Titlebar Buttons.
2. Drag some buttons to the sample titlebar as if you were going to make a change / add a new button

OBSERVED RESULT

If you share with me in experiencing this bug only your most recent selection will have appeared.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should show all your pending selection, ie. the changes that will take effect upon clicking "Apply".
