STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sometimes after I use a PC for a couple of hours
2.  The ctrl + T button does not work


OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes, after couple of hours Ctrl + T button does not work and I have to reboot

EXPECTED RESULT
it should worked as long as possible without needed for reboot

What app are you trying to sent Ctrl+T to where it breaks?

Is this on Wayland or X11?

Yeah but what app are you using that experiences this bug? Firefox? Chromium? Dolphin? All of the above? Something else?

Usually in web browser like Firefox, Edge/Brave.

Do other shortcuts work? Is only Ctrl+T broken? What is your keyboard layout set to? Are you using any of the keyboard re-mapping options in the "Advanced" tab of the System Settings Keyboard page?

The other shortcuts worked and strangely. the problem resolved: after I rebooted the PC.

OK, let us know if it happens again.

I suspect something in the X server broke. I've been seeing many more issues caused by the deterioration of the X server recently. I would recommend using the Plasma Wayland session if you're able

well, if I use wayland. I got screen tearing because I use nvidia.
