SUMMARY
When rotoscoping is applied to a clip that is not the full size of the project and said clip is composed to another clip, the rotoscoping changes, it doesn't cut the same thing anymore

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 tracks, one with any clip, and the top one with a png that's not the same size as the project (in my case 1311x1080 for a 1080p project)
2. Apply rotoscoping on the png, for example around a key feature (to noticze the change)
3. add a composite & transform transition (but i think others work too) between the 2 clips

OBSERVED RESULT
The rotoscoping is not cutting the key feature anymore. You can notice it by dragging the transition away and back.

EXPECTED RESULT
Rotoscoping doesn't change
