Correct RTL layout the main page

SUMMARY

There is no support for RTL language in the apps.kde.org. The <body> css, needs 
direction: rtl;
text-align: right;
to support RTL language such as Arabic.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit https://apps.kde.org/ar/
2.  Notice every things start from left to right

Correct layout is same as the attachment screenshot.
