Screenshot of the "Appearance" Tab

SUMMARY

For some reason, I verifiably have kemoticons installed but I realized I haven't seen it in System Settings for quite a while.
I've attached a screenshot of it missing from the Appearance tab.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma and kemoticons
1b. Install some emoji "fonts" to choose from
2. Open systemsettings
3. Open the Appearance tab
4. See that it's missing from the list

OBSERVED RESULT

kcm_emoticons doesn't exist in systemsettings.

EXPECTED RESULT

kcm_emoticons should be in systemsettings.

The emoticons KCM no longer exists, this is unrelated to the kemoticons framework.
