STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Position timeline pointer on the last frame of a video clip.
2. Export the last frame.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Project monitor becomes distorted. The file does not get created.

EXPECTED RESULT
A png file should be created.
