Hello! Do you happen to have some text-to-speech (select-to-speak, ChromeVox) engine running in ChromeOS's Accessibility settings? Can you check if disabling that fixes the issue? We do have a workaround for the bug (not currently in 5.0.0 release), if this turns out to be the source of crash.

I don't believe so, if I wasn't clear this is was an android tablet not ChromeOS. So I have no idea where the ChromeVox settings would be. Thanks for your help!
Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information.
Created attachment 144984 [details] attachment-5850-0.html Same with an Android, do you happen to have text-to-speech/talk running in your device's accessibility settings? Reason, I ask is because the crash on Google Play console indicate that this might be the case. Created attachment 145178 [details] attachment-8070-0.html Hi! We've uploaded a new version of Krita to Play Store. Could you please update the app and check if there are still crashes?
