SUMMARY
as we can see in the attached screenshot, thumbnailers for jpg, png, pdf and other filles are not available on neon unstable.

EXPECTED RESULT
currently missing thumbnailers should be available again in Dolphin settings

For video the missing package is ffmpegthumbs
