Cannot properly setup online banking with KMymoney.
Seztup of AqBanking fails with error, that Software is not registered as a FinTS Product.

5.0.3 is too old for that. See https://blog.bembel.net/2019/09/kmymoney-5-0-7-released/ . Meanwhile, we have 5.1.2 as the current version. Also the packages Gwenhywfar and AqBanking need much newer version for this to work properly.

Thanks for the quick reply and the reason for the error.

However, I cannot fix the problem:

   1. I had installed via the SW Center as described here:
   https://kmymoney.org/download.html
   Result: Version 5.0.3 was installed

   2. To update I tried without success:
   sudo apt-get dist-upgrade kmymoney

   3. On the website kmymoney.org I found in the news section a link and
   downloaded kmymoney-5.1.2.tar.xz

   4. Now what??
I unpacked the package, but there is no install or setup file and 0
   description.
In the forums there are recommendations, not to install from tar, but
no explanation how to actually do it.

I'm trying to install on LMDE 4 Debbie - 4.19.0-18

Can you please point me to a solution.
   ThanksRoland
