SUMMARY
After display scale is reverted the scale slider is not updated to old setting


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Display Configuration menu in settings
2. Change scale and apply
3. Revert changes

OBSERVED RESULT
The scale slider isn't updated

Aha, we just fixed this in Plasma 5.24.
