SUMMARY
Okteta (Snap) cannot open file on removable media (flash drive for example).
Try to resolve it by "snap connect okteta:removable-media" but failed with
```
error: snap "okteta" has no plug named "removable-media"
```

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install with "snap install okteta" 
2. Plug in a flash drive (mounted at /media/<username>/<id>)
3. Using Files, browse the flash drive, right click on any file, choose Open With, choose Okteta

OBSERVED RESULT
Okteta show error "Permission denied"

EXPECTED RESULT
Okteta open file successfully.

Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
snap 2.53.4
okteta 0.26.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Found https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405713 that seem to be resolved, but the problem still remain.
