SUMMARY
qBittorrent is preventing system shutdown.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run qBittorrent from terminal
2. Application Launcher > Shut Down > Confirm Shut Down by clicking Ok.

OBSERVED RESULT
System shows notification qBittorrent Preventing shut down.

It is this one. However, as this bug doesn't appear in Cinnamon, Qbittorrent developers are not sure about it being their app problem.

I don't know why they did it, so we need to reopen it.

I did. 
There isn't a plasma bug. The client blocked it, ksmserver explains the culprit. It all worked as intended.
