STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma desktop while pc is on AC
2. Battery icon reports it's charging
3. Unplug AC

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon stays the same and the message says "The power supply is not powerful enough to charge the battery"

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should state that pc is on battery and apply the battery configs

Qt Version: Latest

I don't have a debug log but can provide one if you tell me how to obtain it correctly for powerdevil
