SUMMARY

Scrollbars in Plasma widgets are too wide in my 2 KDE desktops.
Also horizontal separators are too tall.
Attached screenshot.

However on my laptop with exactly the same version everything is displayed OK.
Possibly important (?) differences between those computers:
- desktops use nVidia proprietary drives while laptop uses Intel built-in gpu

In applications using Breeze theme everything looks OK.
Even in QML based SystemSettings everything is fine.
It's just Plasma.

EXPECTED RESULT

Scrollbars and horizontal separators displayed properly in Plasma.

Linux: Ubuntu 21.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88.0

Seems like the problem is FIXED after upgrading KDE to the latest version released recently in kubuntu-backports repository.

Update included:
- KDE Frameworks version changed from 5.88.0 to 5.89.0
- KDE applications updated from 21.08 to 21.12 versions
