STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select Appearance -> Global Theme
2. click Get New Global Themes
3. click Install "Sweet KDE"

OBSERVED RESULT
systemsettings crashes

EXPECTED RESULT
Theme changed to "Sweet KDE"
