Simple click track for repro

My audio thumbnails get corrupted every time I reload my project. It's particularly visible on my current project where I'm using a click track to help with AV sync.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Generate a click track in Audacity (I'll attach a sample)
2. New project, add the audio clip
3. Save project
4. File > Revert, or restart kdenlinve and open the project

OBSERVED RESULT
Double impulses on the waveform displayed in the clip monitor, and on timeline audio thumbnails. The audio is actually synced to the second impulse; the first one is a lie.

EXPECTED RESULT
Single impulses on clip monitor / timeline thumbnails.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Debian 10.11 "buster"
kdenlive-21.08.3-x86_64.appimage
kdenlive-22.03.70-8b0a5ea-x86_64.appimage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Workaround: delete the audio thumbnail cache and restart. Thumbnails are correct the first time the project is loaded. After the next load they are wrong again.

Resetting to the default configuration does not solve the problem.

The same problem occurs with or without ffmpeg thumbnails enabled.
