SUMMARY
Cursor flickers when I'm moving it from app content to app titlebar and back


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Wayland
2. Start any app, for example Firefox or system settings, it doesn't matter. I guess it should be SSD app
3. Put your cursor on a titlebar
4. Slowly move your cursor down to the app content
5. When you cross titlebar and app content boundary, cursor will flicker

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor flickers

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor does not flicker
