STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start plasma (no matter wether X11 or wayland session)
2. activate Taskmanager Behavior Setting "Minimizes the task"  when "clicking active task"
3. it works then, it is unchecked after restarting

OBSERVED RESULT
option not remember after restart

option remembered after restart

On neon unstable, "Apply" button remains greyed out after checking  "Clicking active task: [ ] Minimizes the task".
If I click on "OK" button and then reopen task manager settings,  the option is unchecked again.

This should be fixed with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/commit/aa437138d9c4767236c6009cecdd3ebd90ddf9ee

Can you try again with current master?
