STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on phone without a touch screen (am using a Sonim XP5s)
2. Pair device
3. Try and activate button like "Send files" or "Multimedia control"

OBSERVED RESULT

Button flashes, but does activate function.
Can still use functions in sidebar, hamburger menu, etc. Can ping between devices.

EXPECTED RESULT

Function is activated as if the button were tapped with a touchscreen

KDE Connect apk from F-Droid 1.18.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Same behavior is observed when hitting enter or space with a keyboard connected via USB
