Description liftedstarfish 2021-12-13 10:16:39 UTC
SUMMARY
I just wanted to install Sphinx, and suddenly latte dock restarted for no apparent reason.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to install 'Sphinx' with the following command (using Yakuake, if that's important):
pip install -U Sphinx

OBSERVED RESULT
KWallet opened, asking me to give pip permission to do its thing, but the window didn't actually pop up properly. Instead, KWallet's icon showed up on the task bar (Latte Dock), and when I tried to click on it, nothing happened, and then LatteDock restarted. Pip timed out due to my inability to interact with KWallet, and I assume just went foreward with a 'less-than-optimal' install of Sphinx.

EXPECTED RESULT
KWallet opens, I tell it to allow pip to do its thing once, and then Latte Dock continues to operate normally.
