Journal boot logs until KWin crash

Sometimes at boot kwin_x11 throws "Freeze in OpenGL initialization detected"
and disables compositing (with OpenGL x.y compositing enabled in
systemsettings). This happens apparently in a random fashion. I am using the
default user configuration files in /home. I put the journalctl log in the
attachment. This error never happened to me before, but I can't recall which
change triggered the error. I recently updated Plasma, though. Clicking
"Re-enable OpenGL compositing" in systemsettings and relaunching kwin
effectively re-enables compositing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable OpenGL (whatever version) compositing under System Settings > Composer
2. Restart
3. Launch a Plasma X11 session in sddm

OBSERVED RESULT

No compositing, sometimes kwin_x11 doesn't even start remaining a blank screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Compositing working

Reassigning to product KWin (product bugs.kde.org is for bugs with the bug tracker itself)
Comment 2 Iyán Méndez Veiga 2021-12-10 17:00:26 UTC
I can confirm this issue with a GTX 1070. This only happens with the latest "new feature branch" nvidia driver (495.44). With the current "production branch" version (470.86), it never fails.
