video showing the bug in discover

SUMMARY
When I have both discover and systemsettings app open side by side and I am on non-home page on both app, clicking on the home page button in the top bar in system settings app refreshed discover. Doing the same in discover also shows that system settings app has been refreshed but the page is not reloaded in that. So I think there is some mechanism which ties the home button of similar kirigami apps.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open discover and systemsettings side by side
2. navigate to some app from the categories in discover. and navigate to some settings like notification in system settings
3. Press the home button of system setting window

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover refreshes and takes the user to featured page.

EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should not be concerned about the home button in systemsettings app.

I am attaching a video which demonstrates this
