Description myndstream 2021-12-09 10:39:41 UTC
SUMMARY
Currently, one has to copy the link URL in the browser bar.

I couldn't find any setting to change this or any info elsewhere how to make Kate open links. This may already be implemented or be a duplicate issue but I couldn't find it. I think it's probably easy to implement. If you don't want to make it the default it could be an option in the settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
I'd like to be able to open links directly by ctrl+clicking them.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kate: 4.20.12.2-1

Bug 93087 is older and has more duplicates; let's use that as the master bug.
