SUMMARY

When window is maximized, due to adaptive transparency, the panel becomes dark. But if we snap two windows side by side and whole screen area is covered, it remains transparent and not dark.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Snap two windows side by side
2.  Panel remains transparent

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel remains transparent

EXPECTED RESULT
panel becomes dark
