STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tried to make a calendar for the next Happy New Year. With even the latest version of digiKam the ics calendar format is not selectable. Made a simple calendar with Korganizer and tried some ready made. Tried the same under Windows with the same result. See screenshot please. What I' am doing wrong with

Please try with digiKam 7.4.0 pre-release AppImage bundle. Calendar plugin depends of libical and KF5CalendarCore libraies which have been improved compared to 6.4.0.

Tried it out but got exactly the same problem with this AppImage: digiKam-7.4.0-20211207T133135-x86-64.appimage 	2021-12-07 14:23 	226M
