I set my snippet shortcut to ctrl+numpad1, but it just types '1' into the editor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create snippet
2. set shortcut to ctrl+numpad1
3. go to editor
4. hit 'ctrl+numpad1'

OBSERVED RESULT
'1' entered into the editor
