Active header colour set to bright green. Inactive header colour grey.

See the attached screenshot.

I have set the active header colour to bright green, inactive header colour is grey. I still see green on the inactive window in disabled items, indicating that the active colour is being used for colour mixing on the inactive window.

Expected: disabled items on the inactive window would use the inactive background colour for colour mixing.

A green line also appears underneath the header on an inactive window -- I am not sure if that was the desired effect.
