STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Get current (stable) Neon iso
2. Write it to USB key (not DVD, it changes things on mini 3.1)
3. Boot selecting it from left ALT key menu (EFI boot with USB symbol)

OBSERVED RESULT

Shows "-" (minus quotes) top left of blank screen, system seems to have been frozen (caps/num leds don't function)
