SUMMARY
Meta to shortcut to open appmenu (Alt+F1) stops working after wakeup from hibernation. It can be fixed by doing `kwin_x11 --replace`


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Meta to open appmenu set up
2. Hibernate
3. Wake up

OBSERVED RESULT
Shortcut stops working.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should work just fine.

isnt that reproducable with plasma panels when you are using the same application launchers inside a plasma panel?

I don't use plasma panels so didn't notice, but yes it's reproducable.

in such case, this is probably a kwin bug
