SUMMARY
On two KDE Neon systems set up the same way, two finger scrolling works everywhere in Kontact, except in the message body.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open an email
2.  Try to scroll with a touch pad in the message body.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.


EXPECTED RESULT
The message body scrolls (and probably zooms I'd guess).

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.23
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Wayland login.

Is there any other information needed to find the cause of this problem? Or could someone point me to where I could start looking in the code for the cause of this? Maybe I could put together a MR then, this is a big issue for me on KDE Neon and a touchpad as the main input device.

It happens for me as well on KMail version 5.19.40 alpha (22.03.40).
