SUMMARY
Size of font changes but sub-pixel rendering, hinting, anti-aliasing in settings does`nt work, even at config file `fonts.conf` even after logout


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change settings as Sub-pixel rendering, hinting, anti-aliasing

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing changes

EXPECTED RESULT
Change at fonts

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

Works for me on Fedora 34. What distro are you using? Have you changes anything on your fontconfig file manually?

Fedora 34 too, yes i change fontconfig file after fail with GUI for test and still nothing but in settings page option that i changed switched on, but with nothing for fonts in system.
