The preview for cursors currently changes with the cursor size selection in the KCM. This makes it so that there is an inconsistent visual representation of the graphics users select. We additionally show cursor size in the cursor size selection dropdown. I think it makes much more sense to make the previews size-consistent so that the user can really make out what graphics they are selecting. If they need a representation of size, they can get that from the size dropdown.
