SUMMARY

Language for time values is mixed up, days and months show in German (wrong), "Today, Yesterday" and the rest of the UI in English (correct)
Fallback language is US English, but LC_TIME is set to de_DE.UTF-8

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set primary language to English (as shown in screenshot)
2. Set LC_TIME to something different

OBSERVED RESULT
Language mix as per the screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
everything in English as per the "Configure Language" setting
