2 Albums selected for face recognition

Detect Faces and Recognize Faces can only be startet fot "whole Albums Collection". If one or more individual albums are selected, the button "Scan collection for faces" does not trigger the scan, even though the button is in an "enabled state".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "People" from left hand pane
2. in "Search in" uncheck "Whoe albums selection"
3. Select one or more albums
4. try to kick off the process by clicking on "Scan collection for faces"

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens when the button is pushed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Face recognition should start

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
macOS: 11.6

Of course it is possible to detection faces in only one album. In digiKam-7.4.0 it is again possible to perform face recognition on an album, this was always done for all unknown faces beforehand. If an album has already been scanned, it will not be scanned again. You will then need to select the option to scan and merge again.

Sorry, just realized that when I add a new folder it works as expected.
Was confused because there is no feedback from the application when you click the button for already scanned albums. Will close the topic.
